In consultation with our clients, their family and support team we develop an individualised Treatment Plan to ensure that we are best assisting each individual to reach their goals and improve wellbeing.
Music therapy sessions incorporate a range of evidence-based interventions relevant to the specific needs of each individual. A music therapy session may include activities such as playing instruments, moving to music, singing, personal reflection and songwriting.
